Half and Full Marathon Training Program
Is a half or full marathon on your bucket list? Or are you looking to improve your race time? Come join runners of a variety of levels -- run/walker to experienced runner -- train to achieve a shared goal.
Come join us at the New Balance store in Raleigh to learn more about the program on Saturday, June 29th at 10 AM.
Training Program Dates:
July 13th - November 2nd
Program Includes:
· Training Schedule and Training Log
· Weekend Group Runs in Varied Locations throughout the Triangle
· Access to Training Advice from a Certified Distance Running Coach
· Workshops on Nutrition, Strength & Flexibility for Runners, Running Gear and Gait Analysis/Shoe Selection
· Tech shirt

Training Program Registration Fee: $49 ($10 discount for alumni of training program)
First Group Run - Saturday, July 13

Half Marathoners should be able to run at least 3 miles prior to program start.
Full Marathoners should be able to run at least 12 miles prior to program start.
